On February 25, 2025, Lucky Institute of Professional Studies hosted an enriching Faculty Development Programme aimed at enhancing pedagogical skills and knowledge among faculty members. The event consisted of three insightful sessions led by distinguished speakers from various fields, providing valuable perspectives and expertise. The programme commenced with an engaging session by Dr. Saroj Kaushal, a renowned scholar in Sanskrit studies. Dr. Kaushal's presentation focused on the integration of classical knowledge with contemporary educational practices. She emphasized the importance of incorporating ancient wisdom into modern curricula, thereby fostering a holistic approach to education. Her insights were particularly beneficial in encouraging faculty members to explore interdisciplinary teaching methodologies. The second session featured Dr. Deepak Saxena and Dr. Priti, both esteemed Faculty Members of the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). Their session revolved around innovative strategies for knowledge development in students, highlighting the significance of experiential learning and technology integration in the classroom.
